This is your year to truly SPARKLE. Begin by visualizing what you desire for the year ahead, and then release the need to control the timing. When you let go, you no longer have to fight for your dreams—alignment replaces effort, and everything begins to flow.

Observe how things unfold rather than reacting to them. Trust the rhythm of life. In this space of ease and awareness, you will naturally align with your true soul tribe—those who see you, support you, and rise alongside you.

Choose to learn and grow.

Carry love within yourself. Smile often. Teach your heart to soften in the face of disappointment—even when it comes from those you love. For peace begins the moment expectations loosen their hold. 


Take a moment to speak these affirmations aloud to yourself each morning.  Then write them down daily for 2026:

I am grateful

I am experiencing victories

I am whole

I am complete

I am enough

Align your heart with love, and watch abundance reveal itself in every corner of your life.

I believe in setting intentions rather than goals. Goals never truly worked for me—they always felt too harsh, too rigid. Writing down my intentions for each area of my life felt gentler, more aligned. I close my eyes and visualize them as if I were already living them.

And I’ve learned not to quit just because things don’t happen instantly. Nothing meaningful unfolds that way. It’s a process—one that reveals itself over time.

A great way to start off 2026 is with a vision board.

Vision boards are another powerful way to visualize your intentions. I taught vision board classes in the past, beginning with simple poster boards—cutting images from magazines and pasting them together by hand. Today, I create my vision boards using Canva, but the intention remains the same.

Place your vision board where you can see it daily, letting it gently remind you of what you’re calling in. Adjust it as you move along through this year. And be patient. All will be revealed in God’s time, in perfect alignment with the Universe.  

I leave you with this truth—you are worthy, and you deserve love and abundance in all its forms.
