DISTINCTIVE LIFESTYLE...........

I have shared this saying in this photo in another blog, but it became more relevant to me as I began to write this post.

Once you decide to change your thoughts, everything around you begins to shift. The energy in the air feels different, lighter, and more vibrant. A smile naturally finds its way to your face, and your heart beats with joy. You start attracting people who uplift and inspire you—those who encourage you to create and pursue your deepest desires. It feels as if you are constantly surrounded by support, both from earthly companions and spiritual souls. You realize you have your own personal cheerleaders, guiding and cheering you on every step of the way.

It will be two years this May since I came to San Miguel from California, traveling back from time to time. Things had to change inside me and it was gradual.  As I began to change how I approached my life over these past months my life kept shifting.  Then once I moved into my new place this past January everything just accelerated.  Individuals have showed up in my life, guarding angels.  I must say tears were flowing from my eyes.  The friendship support has been overwhelming at times.

This is something I have said for years but now it is even truer.  "The choices we make tell the story of our lives."

Choices come with consequences, true.  

This is even more true for ourselves. Now, I speak up for what I believe in—not what others think I should believe, but what truly resonates with my soul. I have boundaries now, something I never had before. I see my heartaches as lessons I needed to learn from past relationships. But the greatest lesson of all has been learning to honor myself. Too often, I lost myself in others lives. Not anymore.

This doesn't mean I am not caring or kind or loving anymore.  It means that I actually look at things from a different perspective.  Letting go of what no longer serves me and letting in that which will assist me for a more contented life which I desire and deserve.  We all do.

I live in the realty of what is going on around me.  Whether it be in America or the world.  I must stay vigilant to not let those events bring me down.  To shatter my dreams or desires.  I have come to far to let that happen. 

Neither should you.  Stay true to yourself, your dreams, and desires. Always stay hopeful.

Hope and joy are my mindset.  

Just a reminder Fear has two meanings.

Forget everything and run.

Face everything and rise.

The choice is yours.

I choose to face everything and rise😊
