DISTINCTIVE LIFESTYLE........ The beauty of San Miguel de Allende Mexico The first thing that comes to mind when I think of San Miguel’s beauty is its people. I’ve said this before, but it’s worth repeating—the warmth and friendliness of the Mexican people are truly remarkable, at least in my experience. Then there is such beauty to be found everywhere you turn, from the parks to the various colonia neighborhoods. Those of us who moved here from the USA, Canada, and from other places around the world we are inspired to add to the beauty of our surroundings. Then there are those Expats who volunteer in different charities to work with the local Mexican community, giving back. Working with helping with the stray dogs and cats as well. These people give back to the community because they love San Miguel and what it has brought to them by living here.
